Dr. Ely Simon

Dr. Simon is a board-certified Neurologist and a Biomedical Engineer. He is also Assistant Clinical Professor of Neurology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine (Bronx, NY), and is former Director of the Center for Memory and Attention Disorders at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center (Tel Aviv, Israel). Prior to founding NeuroTrax in 2000, Dr. Simon was a senior research fellow at the Laboratory of Neural Control, NINDS, National Institutes of Health (Bethesda, Maryland). Dr. Simon graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, received a Masters of Science degree from the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University (“CWRU”), and also received his medical degree from CWRU. Dr. Simon is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a member of multiple professional societies and has authored many scientific articles.
