Miri Polachek is an Israeli-American with 20 years of experience and passion in the life sciences sector. She held financial management positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals in Israel and at Pfizer in New York and served as VP Finance at IntegraMed America, specialty healthcare services firm. After more than a decade in New York, Miri moved back to Israel in 2010, and was inspired by President Shimon Peres’ vision to co-found Israel Brain Technologies. She manages operations, fundraising, strategic planning and all programming aimed at promoting Israel’s neurotechnology industry and establishing Israel as a global brain-technology hub. She holds a Masters in Health Economics from Boston University and an MBA from New York University.
